Calling all social media specialists

Are you passionate about Palestinian rights? Do you support the BDS Movement? Do you have social media skills? We need you! 

What we need

BDS needs people with social media skills to help us create content for our BDS campaigns. We need people who can engage and build strong relationships with our online community. 

Who you are

• You understand the political context and believe in the principles of the BDS Movement.
• You’re familiar with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 
• You’re comfortable with Hootsuite and Canva, or want to learn
• You’re comfortable with social media analytics and conversion tracking
• You can teach yourself new skills and stay up to date with social media algorithms
• You are a team player, available for a minimum of 6 hours a week.
• You’re able to engage and build strong relations with our online community.
• You have very good communication skills, you can write concise and catchy, both in Dutch and English.
• Experience as a social media strategist is a big plus!

Who we are

DocP was founded in 2012 to promote the BDS campaign in The Netherlands. We have ~15 volunteers working with us. 

Working with docP gives you the opportunity to lend your skills to the BDS movement. You will develop your social media management skills and learn more about the BDS movement in the Netherlands.

Wie je bent

• Je begrijpt de politieke context en gelooft in de principes van de BDS-beweging.
• Je bent bekend met Facebook, Twitter en Instagram.
• Je bent vertrouwd met Hootsuite en Canva, of wilt het leren
• Je bent vertrouwd met analyses van sociale media en het bijhouden van conversies
• Je kunt jezelf nieuwe vaardigheden aanleren en op de hoogte blijven van de algoritmen voor sociale media
• Je bent een teamspeler, minimaal 6 uur per week beschikbaar.
• Je bent in staat om sterke relaties aan te gaan en op te bouwen met onze online community.
• Je hebt zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden, je kunt beknopt en pakkend schrijven, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
• Ervaring als social media strateeg is een grote pré!

Wie we zijn

DocP is in 2012 opgericht om de BDS-campagne in Nederland te promoten. We hebben ongeveer 15 vrijwilligers die bij ons werken.

Werken met docP geeft je de mogelijkheid om je vaardigheden in te zetten voor de BDS-beweging. Je ontwikkelt je vaardigheden op het gebied van social media management en leert meer over de BDS-beweging in Nederland.
